I'm a movie whore.
lul, I am a movie fiend. lmao.
So I've seen Transformers 3 times already. 2 twice in a normal movie theatre and once in IMAX in NYC. OMGOMGOMG. Absolutely amazinggggg.
Then I saw Harry Potter at midnight this morning. c: THAT WAS EPIC. Had lots of fun while waiting too. Amusing group next to us kept the night from not sucking. lul, I ended up getting a sketch done too after I bought a new sketchbook at Barnes and Noble. I really like this one actually. xD The book I mean.
And Friday, I'm probably seeing Transformers AGAIN. lul. 4 times. Yay. I'd rather see HP again.
So lately, I have been wondering WHY I want to become a professional-like artist. As of late, all I have been facing is frustration. I have to redo artwork again for the 5th time or so. I'm kind of getting tired of doing it. Really, I am.
Plus I feel like.. I'm just not that great at all. People keep saying that they are surprised at my talent and really enjoy my stuff. But really... I don't see that. Not here anyways. I may have a lot of watchers but only a few comment/favourite my stuff. And if you have that policy of "I'll only comment/favourite stuff of yours if you do the same for me" is really, really fucked up. It really is. So if you have that policy, I really don't like you. It's just wrong. I comment usually on artwork I may not particularly like and encourage the artist to keep trying. But whatever. That's just me. I guess this is just coming from seeing artists that can't really.. drawing exceptional yet they get comments galore. Or favourites. I'm pretty bitter really.
A lot of it just stems from my own hatred at my work. I have yet to find the right style/colouring style I want... and it just seems like I'm never going succeed. But who knows.
